Harry Nilsson, A Little Touch of Schmilsson In The Night (1973)

Long before the “standards album” became more than just a new (low) standard there was A Little Touch of Schmilsson In The Night – a showcase for Harry Nilsson: the singer. Of course he was a great writer too – but he was one of the great song interpreters. I celebrated his work here recently. And even more recently dug out The Point! But this is a very special album. I love this. Only recently bought the LP, it was a CD in my collection for many years though. Glad to finally have the vinyl.
Sample Track: Lazy Moon
